Jeddah– The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud has approved awarding King Abdulaziz Medal of the third degree to 12 citizens.

Everyone of the citizens has donated one of his or her main organs, whether the organ is from an alive or a brain-dead person.
