Its purpose is two-fold with the aim to highlight the importance of professional mentorship to the development of the next generation of business leaders and to ensure they are acquainted with some of the leading local and regional mentorship schemes that are available to support them. We have assembled a panel of senior human resources professionals and specialists in mentorship to provide case studies and share stories of success of how professional mentorship has helped drive advancement and career growth for young, participating individuals.
