BAGHDAD, The leader of the National Wisdom Movement Ammar al-Hakim discussed with the former Speaker of the House of Representatives Salim al-Jubouri the formation of the next government.
"The two sides also discussed the principle of reform, which we consider to be a responsibility of solidarity and partnership among all," a statement by the Wisdom Information Office said.
" He stressed the importance of supporting Prime Minister-designate Adel Abdul-Mahdi, stressing also "the importance of removing Iraq from regional and international political disputes and focus on providing services and achieve the aspirations of the Iraqi people."
He also renewed his "vision of the Reform and Reconstruction Coalition as the result of a reformist vision that takes priority and opens up to all in the interest of Iraq."
Al-Hakim appreciated the role of Al-Jubouri "in the presidency of parliament for the previous session in a high national spirit and his keenness to legislate and approve the important laws."
