Baghdad, The commander of Baghdad operations Lieutenant General Jalil al-Rubaie announced that motorcycles and load vehicles will be banned in the capital Baghdad from next Thursday. "
"The fuel tankers will be excluded from the ban," Rubaie told a press conference on the announcement of the security plan for the Arbaeen (visit).
Rubaie added that carrying weapons by pilgrims (visitors) will be also prevented, whatever their positions.
"They will provide facilities for all satellite channels to convey the facts of the ceremony of the Arbaeen visit," Rubaie said at the press conference.
Interior Ministry spokesman Major General Saad Maan announced that "104 was allocated to contact and report any terrorist act during the Al-Arbaeen visit."
