King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center delivered on Friday 9250 food parcels to Palestinian refugees in Lebanon on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan.
The aid was distributed at an UNRWA center in Beirut with the participation of the Ambassador of the State of Palestine to Lebanon Ashraf Dabour, and Saudi Ambassador to Lebanon, Waleed Bukhari.
President of the General Federation of Palestinian Women in Lebanon, Amina Jibril, Director of UNRWA in Beirut, Mohammed Khaled, and representative of Dar Al Fatwa, Judge Mohammed Hani Al Jozo, were also present.
"With the start of the aid distribution program to our Palestinian brethrens in the Republic of Lebanon, around 9250 Ramadan food parcels were distributed through King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center," Ambassador Bukhari said.
The Saudi Ambassador added further programs will be delivered.
"The Saudi Kingdom always stands by our Palestinian brethrens... This is our core message, and we will not relinquish this role," Bukhari maintained.
Bukhari also underlined that Saudi Arabia has always been at the forefront of supporting its Palestinian brethrens, wherever they are, whether in Lebanon or other countries.
Ambassador Dabbour, in turn, underscored that the Arab nation will continue to be a great supporter of the Palestinian cause and its people, thanking the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, Saudi Government and people for their continuous support to the Palestinian cause and its people in all domains
