Iranian Regime’s Transgressions Require Unified Arab Stance, says Arab Parliament Speaker

Cairo, The Speaker of the Arab Parliament Dr. Mishaal bin Fahm Al-Salami, affirmed the support of the Arab Parliament for the Quartet Arab Ministerial Committee at the level of foreign ministers concerned with the developments of the crisis with Iran and ways of addressing its interventions in the internal affairs of Arab countries and the plan of action which was developed by the Committee to counter these interventions through means of policy, economy, media and security.

He expressed, in a statement issued today, his condemnation of the sabotage role and continuous violations by the Iranian regime to undermine the pillars of security and stability in the region, its occupation of the three UAE islands in the Arabian Gulf, its blatant interference in the internal affairs of Arab countries as well as its formation of militias in Arab countries and supporting them with money and weapons.

The Speaker of the Arab Parliament also stressed that the transgressions and threats of the Iranian regime require a unified Arab stance to stop them, indicating that the Arab Parliament is currently working on preparing a unified Arab strategy to deal with the geographical neighboring countries, which includes in one of its points the response to the negative interference of the Iranian regime in the internal affairs of Arab countries and ways to cease its hostilities targeting the security of the region and the world.
