Soudah: The National Center for Wildlife (NCW) and Soudah Development recently took a significant step toward ecological restoration by releasing 26 endangered animals into their natural habitat within the Soudah region. This initiative is part of a comprehensive program designed to enhance biodiversity and promote tourism in the region, aligning with broader efforts to reintroduce wildlife and restore ecosystems across Saudi Arabia.

According to Saudi Press Agency, Dr. Mohammad Qurban, CEO of the NCW, emphasized the importance of this release, noting that it follows extensive biodiversity studies conducted in national parks. These studies are essential to evaluate the impact of wildlife reintroduction efforts. The NCW utilizes advanced technology to monitor wildlife in protected areas, which aids in tracking animal populations and understanding the challenges they encounter.

In addition to boosting biodiversity, Soudah Development has announced environmental initiatives that complement the wildlife release
program. These efforts aim to create a harmonious balance between ecological preservation and regional tourism, contributing to the sustainable development of the Soudah area.
