Riyadh: The General Authority for the Care of the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque has launched a pilot digital platform designed to centralize feedback and enhance the pilgrim experience at the Two Holy Mosques.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the unified system allows visitors to easily submit real-time reports, inquiries, comments, and suggestions, while enabling them to track the live processing status of their requests. By integrating with existing internal systems, the platform streamlines service optimization, feeds operational dashboards for leadership tracking, and elevates administrative responsiveness to secure maximum beneficiary satisfaction and high operational readiness during peak Hajj traffic.
