A joint force from the 58th Brigade, within the Nineveh Operations Command of the Popular Mobilization Forces and the Salah al-Din Governorate Police, carried out a large-scale security operation south of the city of Mosul towards Salah al-Din Governorate.

A statement by the Popular Mobilization Authority stated that the operation included inspection and clearing of the south of Qayyarah district towards Salah al-Din governorate, where a den belonging to the remnants of the terrorist “ISIS” was found, as well as a number of missile projectiles that were processed and controlled.
