Al-Baha Region Is Lush Green Due to Rain

In Al-Baha region, heavy rains have led to a significant increase in the vegetation cover, making it a lush green expanse.

The rain is crucial as it serves as the primary source of irrigation, nurturing the growth of vegetation in the region.

Al-Baha stands out as one of the Kingdom’s regions with abundant vegetation, including forests dominated by perennial trees like juniper and acacia, as well as fragrant plants such as mint and basil.

According to the National Center for Meteorology, medium to heavy rain will fall in Al-Baha region, including the city of Al-Baha, and the governorates of Al-Aqiq, Baljurashi, Al-Mandaq, Qalwah, Bani Hassan, Al-Makhwah, Al-Hijrah, and Ghamed Al-Zinad, until Tuesday.

The General Directorate of Civil Defense has called for caution and vigilance during rainfall.
