Bab Al-Hawa Border Crossing Point, — On Sunday, 22 relief trucks supplied by the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) crossed the Bab Al-Hawa Border Crossing Point, carrying various relief materials for distribution in the Syrian regions affected by the earthquake. In addition, 22 other trucks passed through the Bab Al-Salamah Border Crossing Point.
The 44 trucks were loaded with 50,000 blankets and 200 tons of charcoal, intended for heating purposes, which will benefit around 325,000 individuals.
This initiative is part of the Saudi Relief Airlift dispatched by KSrelief, aimed at assisting individuals impacted by the earthquake in Syria and Turkiye, in implementation of the directives of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince and Prime Minister.
