Bisha University’s General Administration of Digital Information and Information Technology has achieved ISO 20000 certification from the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) for IT service management.
This certification reflects the university’s commitment to providing top-notch digital services for its staff and students.
University President Dr. Muhammad bin Mohsen Safhi highlighted that this certification is the result of strategic efforts to improve services and enhance the university’s information technology and information security capabilities to meet global standards. This accomplishment aligns with the objectives of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030.
