Taiyuan: China launched a new batch of low-Earth-orbit satellites yesterday from the Taiyuan Satellite Launch Center in northern China's Shanxi Province. The satellites are the fourth of their kind to form an internet satellite constellation.
According to Saudi Press Agency, these satellites were launched at 4:45 a.m. (Beijing time) aboard a modified Long March-6 carrier rocket. The satellites successfully entered their predetermined orbit, marking the 580th mission for the Long March series of carrier rockets.
