Riyadh– The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud has sent a cable of congratulation to Serdar Berdimuhamedow, on winning the presidential elections of Turkmenistan.

The King expressed sincere congratulations and best wishes of success to His Excellency and further progress and prosperity to the people of Turkmenistan.
