Khobar: Governor of the Eastern Region Prince Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz will sponsor the upcoming World Neurology Conference, organized by the Neurology Department at Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University. The two-day conference, set to take place at the Le Méridien Hotel in Khobar starting on November 7, will bring together a distinguished group of experts and researchers in the field of neurology. According to Saudi Press Agency, the conference will highlight the latest developments and innovations in neurology through scientific sessions and interactive workshops, offering a valuable opportunity for knowledge and experience exchange. Acting University President Prof. Fahad Ahmed Al-Harbi expressed gratitude for the governor's sponsorship and emphasized the university's ongoing support for events and activities across all fields and specializations. Conference Chair and Head of the Neurology Department Dr. Dana Al-Jaafari invited specialists and interested parties to attend this significant event and c ontribute to advancing knowledge and research in neurology. She noted that the conference will cover a broad range of key topics, including brain and nerve diseases, stroke, Alzheimer's disease and dementia, multiple sclerosis and immune disorders, headaches and migraines, epilepsy, neurocritical care, neuromuscular disorders, peripheral neuropathies, and neuropsychiatric diseases.
