Riyadh — The European Union participated in the International Conference and Exhibition for Education (ICEE 2022), which is being organized by the Ministry of Education at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center until 11 May, 2022.

The ICEE 2022 aims to enhance the educational environment and advance international cooperation in the field of education.

Austria, Belgium, Germany, Finland and Sweden participate in the European Union pavilion, which are the countries that include some of the best universities in the world, and some other member countries such as France also participate in a separated pavilion.

European Union Ambassador Patrick Simonnet said: “European Union hosts millions of students from the GCC countries, North America and the rest of the world, in more than 4,000 institutions of higher education, adding that he looks forward to strengthening the bilateral and regional cooperation in the next years”.
