Riyadh, President of the General Court of Audit (GCA) Hussam Al-Angari received in Riyadh today Chairman of the Central Auditing Organization (CAO) of Egypt Hisham Badawi and the accompanying delegation.

In remarks to highlight the visit, Al-Angari said the event is part of enhancing cooperation and joint action between the two apparatuses in terms of exchanging expertise, increasing the level of performance efficiency and developing the human element in both sides.

For his part, Badawi stressed keenness to enhancing existing cooperation between the two sides, based on the relations between the two brotherly countries.

In a meeting held afterwards, both sides discussed several issues of mutual interests and addressed means to enhance and activate them in all fields, in addition to acquainting the visiting delegates with GCA experiments in financial revisions and monitoring performance.

Four years ago, the two apparatuses signed a memorandum of understanding to cooperate in the audit, monitoring and vocational work according to laws and regulations effective in both countries.
