Riyadh– Secretary-General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), Dr. Nayef Falah Mubarak Al-Hajraf, met here today, with the Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources Bandar bin Ibrahim Alkhorayef, who is also Chairman of the current cycle, of the Industrial Cooperation Committee and discussed aspects of enhancing industrial and mining cooperation between the GCC countries in the industrial field, which contributes to developing the role of this vital sector in achieving integrative economic growth in the GCC area.

During the meeting, the two officials touched on several topics and efforts made by the GCC Industrial Cooperation Committee which aim to achieve common interests, enhance integrative capabilities in the industrial sector, and available opportunities, in implementation of the directives of the GCC leaders.
