Davos: Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Secretary-General Jasem Mohamed AlBudaiwi met with South Korean Minister of Trade, Industry and Energy Bang Moon-Kyu on the sidelines of the 55th annual meeting of the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the discussions focused on updates to the free-trade agreement between the GCC countries and the Republic of Korea. Both parties explored ways to enhance Gulf-South Korean partnerships across several vital sectors, aiming to create new opportunities for constructive cooperation.
The meeting also addressed the enhancement of strategic dialogue with South Korea, emphasizing cooperation in areas outlined in the joint action plan between the GCC and South Korea.
