Riyadh– In cooperation with the General Commission for Audiovisual Media, Snapchat launched the Family Center service in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as it is one of the first Arab countries to launch the service.

The service allows parents to control the activities of their children in a bigger way on the internet through checking on their friend lists on the application and those who contact them without reviewing the conversation contents to preserve their privacy and independence.

The service also allows parents to report any harmful or suspicious accounts easily, secretly and directly through contacting the platform team round the clock, where the service also provides parents and children with new tools to help them make constructive and open conversations regarding safety on the internet.
