Riyadh: The Human Capability Development Program (HCDP), a key initiative under Saudi Vision 2030, has joined the 10th edition of the Biban24 Forum. This event is organized by the Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority, also known as Monsha’at, and is taking place at the Riyadh Front for Exhibitions and Conferences from November 5 to 9, under the theme “A Global Destination for Opportunities.”
According to Saudi Press Agency, HCDP is focusing on promoting various initiatives and opportunities to nurture a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship among youths, investors, and entrepreneurs through its involvement in Biban24. The program also aims to support strategic partnerships with entities across the government, private, and non-profit sectors.
HCDP is a national strategy that aims to prepare individuals for future challenges by developing essential and future-focused skills. The program is structured around three main pillars: establishing a flexible and inclusive educational foundation for eve
ryone, preparing for present and future labor markets, and offering lifelong learning opportunities. This comprehensive approach is designed to boost the competitiveness of Saudi citizens both locally and globally in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
