Beijing, Eleven people have died, and 14 others are missing after heavy rainfall in Huludao city, Liaoning province, northeast China.
Chinese authorities have launched a search operation for the missing and are gradually restoring roads and communication networks in the affected areas. The central government has allocated 50 million yuan to support rescue and relief efforts in Liaoning.
