The Islamic Corporation for the Insurance of Investment and Export Credit (ICIEC), a Shariah-compliant multilateral insurer and a member of the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) Group, announced today in a press release that the Togolese Republic has joined ICIEC as its 50th member state.

This underscores the increasing trust and collaboration within the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), and reinforces ICIEC’s commitment to delivering tailored insurance solutions that foster sustainable economic growth and investment opportunities across its member countries.

According to the release, with the inclusion of the Togolese Republic, ICIEC now encompasses 50 member states, a substantial broadening of its global presence and influence in advancing trade and investment among OIC member nations.
