New Delhi, Indian External Affairs Minister Dr. Subrahmanyam Jaishankar met here today with U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken.

During the meeting, they discussed a number of issues of common interest between the two countries, most notably the efforts to respond to the (Covid-19), promote peace, security and development around the world, and stability in Afghanistan.

Blinken announced that the United States will provide $25 million in support for coronavirus vaccination efforts across India.
