Baghdad, Iraq recorded 3,791 new cases of the novel coronavirus, in the past 24 hours, bringing the total number of infections to 1,167,940.

In a statement, the Iraqi Ministry of Health said that 32 new deaths were recorded, bringing the total number of deaths to 16,190, adding that recoveries tally rose to 10,81843, following reporting of 5,039 new recoveries.
