Riyadh: The Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance, through its General Secretariat for Islamic Awareness in Hajj, Umrah, and Visitation, is providing round-the-clock support to Umrah pilgrims via its toll-free phone service (8002451000) throughout Ramadan 1446 AH.

According to Saudi Press Agency, more than 60 preachers and translators, proficient in 10 international languages, are available to answer religious inquiries and offer guidance on Umrah rituals according to the Quran and Sunnah. The service includes live responses from scholars as well as an automated response system to ensure continuous assistance.

This initiative reflects the Kingdom’s commitment to serving its guests while promoting moderation and authentic Islamic teachings, in line with the vision of its wise leadership.
