Damascus: The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) has successfully concluded seven medical volunteer projects in Syria's Damascus, which were executed from May 17 to May 24. These initiatives were part of the Saudi Amal volunteer project aimed at providing assistance to the Syrian people, involving the participation of 86 volunteers from a range of medical specialties.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the medical projects focused on several critical areas, including adult cardiac surgery and catheterization, orthopedic and joint surgery, prosthetic fittings and rehabilitation, pediatric surgery, pediatric urology, and combating blindness and related diseases.
These initiatives are a continuation of Saudi Arabia's ongoing medical volunteer efforts. KSrelief is dedicated to supporting the Syrian population during times of crisis and hardship through these medical volunteer projects.
