Beirut: The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) has extended its support to the vulnerable populations in Lebanon by distributing 690 voucher cards in the western and central Beqaa regions. These vouchers are intended to assist recipients in purchasing winter clothing from designated stores, aiming to alleviate the hardships faced during the cold season.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the beneficiaries of this initiative included orphans, people with special needs, and members of the Syrian and Palestinian refugee communities, as well as individuals from the host community. This distribution is part of the third phase of the “Kanaf 3” winter clothing distribution project for 2024. The project is a testament to the ongoing humanitarian and relief efforts by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, represented by KSrelief, to support refugees and host communities in Lebanon.

e initiative underscores Saudi Arabia’s dedication to helping those in need, particularly in regions prone to harsh winter conditions, ensuring that vulnerable groups receive the necessary support to cope with the challenges of the season.
