Beirut, The main index of Beirut stock exchange ended trading higher here today, moving up 1.02 per cent, an increase of five points, to close at 912.99 points.

Overall traded shares was 146,536 with a valuation of $1,045,440, carried out through 31 deals.

The market capitalization of the listed companies also improved, reaching $9,309,214 compared to $9,214,000 in the previous trading session.
