Madinah: The Madinah Bus Project, overseen by the Al Madinah Region Development Authority, has initiated a survey to assess the quality of services provided by its bus stations and fleet. The survey aims to gather data on various aspects, including punctuality, safety, cleanliness, and overall performance of the bus services.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the survey seeks to measure user satisfaction and identify potential areas for service improvements. It also aims to conduct cost-benefit comparisons and evaluate station accessibility and transportation challenges faced by users. In addition to these aspects, feedback is being collected on the “Madinah Bus” mobile app, focusing on its features and overall user experience.
