Makkah: Under the directives of Advisor to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, Governor of Makkah Region, and Chairman of the Permanent Committee for Hajj and Umrah Prince Khalid bin Faisal bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Governor of Makkah Region and Vice Chairman of the Committee Prince Saud bin Mishaal bin Abdulaziz chaired a meeting of the committee in Makkah. The meeting focused on evaluating the current Umrah season and planning for the upcoming Hajj season.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the committee reviewed the work of the entities involved in serving Umrah performers. It emphasized the importance of coordination and integration among relevant authorities to provide optimal services, ensuring that visitors to the Grand Mosque can perform their rituals with ease and tranquility.
The meeting also addressed the latest developments concerning early preparations for the upcoming Hajj season of 1447 AH. Several other topics were discussed as part of the agenda, highlighting the committee's ongoing commitment to improving services for pilgrims.
