Makkah: The Hira Cultural District in Makkah organized a series of health awareness events and activities yesterday as part of its October 2025 health awareness campaign, held in collaboration with various educational and community organizations to promote integration and enhance public health awareness.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the events featured various interactive workshops on basic first aid skills and emergency response, conducted by qualified medical professionals. They also addressed critical topics such as cardiac arrest management and airway obstruction interventions.

A range of health services was also provided, including seasonal vaccinations, a blood donation drive, and preventive health screenings. These activities helped raise health awareness among visitors of diverse nationalities and encouraged the adoption of positive health behaviors.

The initiative reflects the district's commitment to promoting public health and supporting the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030, which aim to improve the quality of life and community well-being.
