Riyadh: The National Center for Security Operations handled a total of 2,862,209 calls through the unified emergency number 911 in the Riyadh, Makkah, and Eastern regions in October 2024.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the calls were managed by the unified security operations centers and were processed and transferred to concerned security and service agencies using advanced automated systems. These systems are operated by a specialized, multilingual team working 24/7 with high accuracy and professionalism.

In terms of regional call distribution, the Makkah region recorded 919,203 calls, the Riyadh region 1,333,550 calls, and the Eastern Region 573,456 calls. The managed operations ensure efficient communication and response across the regions for various security and service needs.
