National Livestock and Fisheries Development Program Takes Part in Middle East Poultry Expo

Riyadh: The National Livestock and Fisheries Development Program participated in the fourth edition of the Middle East Poultry Expo, held at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center.

According to Saudi Press Agency, this participation aimed to showcase key initiatives, achievements, and projects designed to advance the poultry sector in Saudi Arabia. It also sought to promote local product marketing in global markets and highlight promising investment opportunities and incentives available to investors in the poultry industry.

Saudi Arabia's poultry sector is one of the largest and fastest-growing sectors in the region, driven by increasing government support spearheaded by the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture, which provides loans and facilities to poultry projects. Furthermore, there is a coordinated effort to boost investment in this sector, in collaboration with the private sector, to achieve the food security goals outlined in the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
