Islamabad, Pakistan has strongly condemned the launch of a booby-trapped UAV towards Abha International Airport, in Saudi Arabia, which resulted in a number of injuries.

In a statement issued today, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Pakistan wished a speedy recovery for the injured, affirming that such attacks not only violate the international law but also threaten the peace and security of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the region.

The statement added that Pakistan calls for immediate cessation of these attacks and reaffirms its full support and solidarity with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia against any threats to its security and territorial integrity.
