Prince Turki Al-Faisal Inaugurates Symposium on “Saudi-Bosnian Relations: Historical View and Reflections for Future”

Riyadh– Prince Turki Al-Faisal, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the King Faisal Center for Research and Islamic Studies, inaugurated yesterday evening the symposium “Saudi-Bosnian Relations: Historical View and Reflections for the Future” and an accompanying photo exhibition on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of Saudi-Bosnian relations, in the presence of the Advisor at the Royal Court and General Supervisor of the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center, Dr. Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al-Rabeeah, the Bosnian Ambassador to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Muhamed Jusic, and a number of ambassadors and officials.

The symposium was opened with a speech by Prince Turki Al-Faisal, during which he expressed his desire for this symposium to be a starting point for a more comprehensive scientific cooperation between the King Faisal Center for Research and Islamic Studies, Islamic institutions and scientific institutions in the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and the promotion of cultural relations, as well as confirming the depth and importance of these relations between the two countries.

During the conference, the General Supervisor of the KSrelief, the Ambassador of Bosnia and Herzegovina to the Kingdom, and the member of the Shura Council and Chairman of the Saudi-Bosnian Parliamentary Friendship Committee, Abbas bin Ahmed bin Muhammad Hadi, delivered speeches.
