The oil export process resumed this morning from the “Hasira” field, located within the Garmian administration in the Kurdistan region.
After the Kurdistan region’s oil exports stopped 12 days ago, against the background of the decision issued by the International Arbitration Tribunal in Paris, today, Wednesday, oil exports began from Hasira in Karmian, according to the Kurdish media network Rudaw.
This came after the new oil agreement reached by Erbil with Baghdad, yesterday, Tuesday, and it was signed in the presence of Prime Minister Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani and the PM of the Kurdistan Regional Government, Masrour Barzani, in Baghdad.
