Riyadh, The Saudi-Qatari Parliamentary Friendship Committee of the Shura Council held a meeting today, chaired by Dr. Mohammad bin Abdulaziz Al-Jarba, a member of the Shura Council and Chairman of the Committee. The meeting was attended by Bandar bin Mohammad Al-Attiyah, the Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

During the meeting, several issues of common interest between the two countries were discussed, particularly in the area of parliamentary relations, to enhance the bilateral relations between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the State of Qatar.

The meeting also stressed the depth of the relations that bind the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the State of Qatar, the social ties that bind the two countries, and the importance of strengthening and developing them in all fields.
