Saudi SCTH official chairs meeting in Cairo to discuss executive plan on integration initiative among tourism and heritage in Arab countries

Cairo, The Arab League hosted today the first meeting of the Arab Working Group on the Implementation of an initiative for integrating tourism and cultural heritage in the Arab Countries, chaired by the Executive Director of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Program for Cultural Heritage, an affiliate of the Saudi Commission for Tourism and National Heritage (SCTH) Abdulrahman bin Issa Al-Jassas.

Al-Jassas briefed the meeting on the plan of action of the initiative, including promoting the contribution of the tourism and cultural sectors together in supporting national economies, enhancing the national identity in the field of cultural heritage, training, education and human resources development, tourism and cultural marketing at the Arab level.
