Taiz Governor Praises KSrelief’s Great Efforts in the Governorate

Taiz, Governor of Taiz Nabil Shamsan has praised the great efforts being exerted by King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) in the the governorate, covering different fields.

This came during his visit to the Artificial Limbs and Rehabilitation Center which is being operated by KSrelief’s support. He also got acquainted with the services offered to beneficiaries.

Shamsan said that the free and medication services of the center are parallel to services provided by international centers. He also thanked the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, represented by KSrelief, for different services it provides to Yemeni people, pointing out that KSrelief is currently finalizing preparations to do maintenance work to Hygat al-Abd mountainous road linking Taiz to Aden.

For his part, Director of the Limbs Center Fathi al-Qadasi stated that the center provided more than 22,000 curative services to 8,000 beneficiaries and installed 1,839 artificial limbs. This is in addition to offering physical therapy sessions and specialized consultations to 19,344 patients and technical rehabilitation to 1,263 beneficiaries.
