Roads closed by clan conflicts have been reopened in an agricultural basin in Diyala.
A security source told the correspondent of the National Iraqi News Agency (NINA) that “the engineering unit of the security forces completed the opening of the closed roads two years ago due to clan conflicts in the Waqf basin, northeast of Baquba, after the return of security stability to the region.
