The security forces in Maysan arrested two suspects and seized narcotic substances in their possession in Qalaat Saleh district, south of the governorate.

The Maysan Operations Command said in a statement: “A force from the 3rd Regiment of the 97th Infantry Brigade affiliated to the Maysan Operations Command managed to set up a tight ambush, which resulted in the arrest of “two” suspects and seized narcotic hashish in their possession, indicating that the suspects were handed over with the seized items to the police station.
