MP Assaad Dergham on Tuesday maintained that high hoped were pinned on the fresh action undertaken by President of the republic, Michel Aoun, adding that the climate is "encouraging" and that positivity is needed in order to form a government before the holidays.
Interviewed by Voice of Lebanon radio station, the "Strong Lebanon" bloc member called the concerned parties to meet halfway to resolve the pending hurdles.
Dergham also stressed that President Aoun's option to address the Parliament did not target Prime Minister-designate, Saad Hariri. "[Hariri] is his first partner in ruling."
