BAGHDAD, Forces of the Houthi group announced on Tuesday they targeted Jazan airport in southern Saudi Arabia.
A spokesman for the Houthi forces, Brigadier General Yahya Sari, said in a statement issued on Monday evening that "the drone aircraft carried out a large operation towards the regional airport of Jazan by a number of drone aircraft (K2 bombardment)."
Brigadier Yahia Sari said that the targets were hit with high accuracy.
The operation targeted the drone aerial airports and led to disruption of air traffic at the airport.
For its part, the Arab Alliance announced the dropping of two drone planes in the Yemeni airspace launched by the Houthis towards Jazan.
