Estidamah Unveils 15,000 Seedlings at Rose, Aromatic Plants Global Forum in Taif

Taif: The National Research and Development Center for Sustainable Agriculture (Estidamah) launched an initiative at the Rose and Aromatic Plants Global Forum in Taif, distributing 15,000 tissue-cultured seedlings to promote sustainability and enhance agricultural production.

According to Saudi Press Agency, this initiative supports Saudi Arabia's national goal of producing two billion roses by 2026, using advanced techniques and best agricultural practices to enhance efficiency, water consumption, and product quality.

Estidamah, which distributed over 70,000 seedlings in 2024 to promote sustainable farming and plant diversity, continues to provide technical and advisory support to farmers and organizes workshops on Taif rose cultivation to help them adopt sustainable practices.
