Riyadh: The Ministry of Health has announced the launch of the seventh edition of the Ada'a Health Award, under the patronage of Minister of Health Fahad AlJalajel, as part of its ongoing efforts to promote institutional excellence and healthcare quality in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the award aims to encourage the health sector to adopt best practices, improve service quality and beneficiary satisfaction by fostering a culture of continuous improvement, supporting innovation, and promoting positive competition. It is considered a national initiative reflecting the ministry's commitment to recognizing outstanding models and implementing evaluation mechanisms based on data and indicators, under the supervision of specialized judging committees to ensure fairness and professionalism.

Since its launch in 2018, annual submissions have exceeded 900, reflecting strong engagement and highlighting the award's role in driving development.

The ministry stressed that this edition builds on a firm belief that excellence is a sustainable culture, and recognizing outstanding efforts positively impacts individual health and quality of life, contributing to solidifying the Kingdom's global standing in providing advanced and modern healthcare.
