Rapid Medical Intervention at Ajyad Hospital in Makkah Saves Pakistani Umrah Performer’s Life

Makkah: The swift intervention by the medical team at Ajyad Emergency Hospital, part of the Makkah Health Cluster, saved the life of a Pakistani Umrah performer who suffered cardiac arrest following a severe stroke.



According to Saudi Press Agency, the patient arrived at the hospital with chest pain and soon went into cardiac arrest. The medical team responded immediately, performing CPR for three minutes and administering a single electric shock.



Their prompt efforts successfully restored the patient’s pulse, who was then placed on a ventilator and transferred to King Abdullah Medical City for further specialized care.
