Tabuk Health Cluster Launches Blood Donation Sites Aligned with HRH the Crown Prince’s Campaign

Tabuk: Tabuk Health Cluster announced the launch of a blood donation campaign across the region's hospitals, coinciding with the campaign initiated by His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister. The campaign, starting yesterday and running throughout the week, aims to raise community awareness of the importance of blood donation and to promote the values of solidarity and humanitarian giving.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the cluster explained that morning donation hours, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., will be available at King Khalid Hospital, King Fahd Specialist Hospital, Maternity and Children's Hospital, and hospitals in Tayma, Umluj, Duba, and Al-Wajh.

It further noted that evening hours, from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m., will be dedicated to the mobile blood donation unit at Park Mall in Tabuk, to make the campaign accessible to a broader segment of society and encourage greater participation.

The initiative comes as part of national efforts to strengthen the region's strategic blood bank reserves and provide safe blood units to help save the lives of patients and the injured, particularly those in critical condition and undergoing major surgeries.
