Washington: CEO of Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) Dr. Hisham Aljadhey met with Cultural Attach© at the Saudi Embassy in the United States Dr. Tahani Al-Baiz at the attach©'s headquarters in Washington. The meeting was attended by a number of Saudi students.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the visit came as part of the SFDA's participation in the 41st annual meeting of the International Society for Pharmacoepidemiology (ISPE).

Dr. Aljadhey praised the students' efforts in presenting a positive image of the Kingdom in academic and scientific forums, as well as their role in transferring knowledge and innovative experiences back home. He stressed that Saudi students abroad represent a fundamental pillar in driving development and innovation, and a strategic investment in the Kingdom's human capital, particularly in the fields of food and medicine.
