Saihat: The Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture's Eastern Region branch yesterday launched the third edition of the Qatifi Almond Fest. The three-day event, held in Saihat, Al-Qatif Governorate, brings together farmers and agricultural specialists to support the marketing and expansion of local almond production.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the governorate is renowned for its fertile agricultural oases, which have sustained the cultivation of almonds for generations. This long-standing tradition has made Qatifi almonds a symbol of the region's agricultural identity and a key part of Eastern Region's diverse agricultural production.
